Product introduction:
HCY(Huachenyang)TOC Cleaning Validation Swab(kit) was designed to simplify sampling as part of a cleaning validation protocol.The swabs and vials are further cleaned using a proprietary process to make these kits excellent for use in total organic carbon(TOC)analysis. product instructions:
1. Please refer to your written SOP sampling instructions.
2. Dip the cotton swab into the solution.
3. Sampling area.
4. Remove the cap of the sample vial.
5. Place the cotton swab to jam the tip of the cotton swab into the vial, and the notch touches the top of the vial. Avoid touching the swab head.
6. Close the lid.
7. Mark the sample.

Polyethylene cladding protects the diaphragm surface from contamination before analysis.
The oblique shoulder design reduces the area of the cotton swab head and reduces the total organic carbon content.
